RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The shipping courier is responsible for all items damaged in transit. (See SHIPPING AND DELIVERY below). If your part(s) arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we may assist you with initiating a claim against the courier and arrange for a replacement order.

If you were sent an incorrect part due to our error, or if a part is otherwise defective, you must contact us within 5 business days of delivery. www.hadwinwhitewholesaleparts.com will accept the return provided that the part is new and unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in the original box/package. You may elect to exchange the item, or to receive a refund. Refunds and exchanges will only be permitted if the part is returned to our warehouse within 15 business days after the date of delivery.

If you were sent an incorrect part due to your error, you will be subject to a 35% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping. The part must still be in new and unused condition, in the same condition in which it was received, and in the original box/package. We reserve the right to reject any returned item that arrives in a condition which does not meet our policy. The part must be returned to us within 15 days after the date of delivery in order to be eligible for a refund.

If your order is missing a part, you must contact us within 5 business days of delivery. If any items are verified to be missing, the missing items will be shipped at no extra charge.

RISK OF LOSS
